Enjoyable I enjoyed reading the stories in this book. Possibly could have explained how to use these tools in other industries. But you take what you need from the advice and apply it to your situation.
The ideas are well organised and the chapters flow in a logical compelling story. A great book thoughtful ideas; if working in an environment where selling ideas is what yiu deal with, this is your book. For the wider world it will give you a great insight on how great minds think. Is a readable book and the language is easy to digest.
The whys and (some) hows of public speaking In this book, Carmine Gallo has built a very strong case for the importance of public speaking in today’s business world. The book is well-documented and rife with stories, analogies and metaphors that will drive the case home for learning to effectively use the ancient art of rhetoric in our modern, digital world. I have already suggested reading it to countless colleagues and students and I will be reading it again, citing Gallo’s examples and following his advice. Five Stars is not a manual, which is precisely why I enjoyed it so much. It helps put you in the right frame of mind to learn and improve.
