Jamieson Finn is book three in the Redemption Series but can be read as a STANDALONE novel. My job is my life. It’s the only thing I live for, and it’s the only thing that keeps me sane. With my work, there is no time for a personal life, except for the occasional fling and one-night stands, which is the way I like it. I have rules: no commitment and no strings. Break those rules and we’ll never see each other again. My life is complicated and it’s something I’m not willing to share with anyone. I save lives for a living and that has to be my number one priority. Then Grace Harper walked into my life and my whole world started to crumble. She was beautiful, smart, and exactly what I didn’t need.My name is Jamieson Finn, and my job title: Neurosurgeon. My job is my life, leaving very little time for anything else. I knew that when I chose my profession and I was okay with that. Then I met a man who understood and chose to stay by my side, until he betrayed me with the ultimate lie. I ran away from New York and took a job in Los Angeles, the one place that held the most traumatic memories for me twenty years ago. The one place that decided my fate. I was making a fresh start and any trust I had in men was gone. I would never make that mistake again. I save lives for a living and that has to be my number one priority. Then I met Jamieson Finn. He was sexy, smart, arrogant and exactly what I didn’t need in my life.My name is Grace Harper, and my job title: Trauma Surgeon.18+
As always a joy to read Grace had just come out of a relationship and wanted to get away from New York so she decided to go back to somewhere that she’d not been to since she was a child . On her last night in NYC she decided to go to a bar that’s where she meets the georeous Jamieson Flynn who was visiting NYC before heading back to his job as a renowned Neurosurgeon at Cedars-Sinai Los Angeles . Both are looking for a hook up with no strings attached and this is indeed what they do . After the event Grace leaves and the next day travels to her new life , their paths most definitely cross once more when she starts her job at Ceders - Sinai as the trauma doctor , both are shocked to meet once more . Both Grace and Jammeison have ghosts in their pasts that are a threat to their future happiness will they be able to finally lay them to rest ? Well no spoilers from me you’ll have to read it for yourselves . If your looking for a fast paced with oodles of medical drama then this is for you .
An easy no cluttered read A very delightful easy read, full of emotion, mistrust and family intrigue. Both characters are surgeons. Jameison a neurosurgeon with family issues. Grace a Trauma surgeon with relationships issues. Both meet in New York and again in LA. Jameison is a manhole with commitment issues, and Grace a lady who has needs and rules. The story unfolds and life abounds. A very enjoyable read.
