Good resource! I'm a therapist and bought this to work with some teens. I've also used a few lessons with adults and they respond well too. I like it, especially for teens who often identify as depressed. It helps them determine the difference between stress and depression, especially during COVID.
Very helpful for teens or anyone suffering from depression. I always judge a book by watching if my granddaughter reads it and keeps reading; or just puts it down. She loves this book, which is helping her understand her life; and the cause of her depression. I would recommend this book!
